This project involved the construction of a brand-new residence on a property that held sentimental value – the wife's family’s lot located in Palolo. This single-family home included four bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with two living spaces, a spacious covered patio, and a two-car garage. The homeowners' design preferences were showcased through the selection of vibrant tiles in their kitchen and bathrooms. The result of this endeavor was an enduring home they had always dreamed of.
